I graduated from Wellesley College and have earned certificates from the University of Washington in editing (2015), memoir (2009), and fundraising management (2001).
With experience as a communications manager, development officer, teacher, facilitator, birth doula, administrative assistant, and more, I’ve worn many hats in my career. My favorite part of any job has centered around creating engaging communications, compelling narrative, and coherent documents. I am devoted to preserving the integrity of the written word. I have experience writing and editing a wide variety of publications including websites, event descriptions and calendars, marketing materials, fiction and memoir, case studies, annual reports, grant proposals, fundraising appeals, biographies, how-to/manuals, newsletters, flyers/advertising copy, catalogues, client experience stories, movie and book reviews.
